These assemblies can bear up to a 1 1/2-hour Warnock Hersey label. Doors are available in 18 and 16 gauge, with paper honeycomb, polyurethane, polystyrene, or steel stiffened cores. These labelled doors require tack-welded seams. Doors for single openings in sizes up to 4'0" x 10'0" x 1 3/4" require two point latching. The 4' 0" x 10' 0" x 1 3/4" door was tested with a two point device consisting of a mortised center point latch and surface vertical top rod provided by Sargent. This type of device has the advantage of requiring no bottom rod and is available for labelled doors up to 10' 0" high. The 10' 0" door opening can be specified with any two point listed latch. Doors up to 4'0" x 9'0" x 1 3/4" require only single point latching. The 9'0" door opening can be specified with any single latch having a 3/4" throw.

Although these doors were tested with 4 1/2" standard weight butts, NFPA 80 requires 4 1/2" heavy weight butts on doors over 4'0" x 8'0" x 1 3/4". Trillium recommends 5" standard or heavy weight butts on doors over 3'6" in width when the doors are 8'0" or higher to avoid door sagging or premature door hinge reinforcing failure.

We believe that the addition of these label listings add significantly to our fire label program. Of course, Trillium will offer these products at the same quick fabrication lead times as our other products.
