Stainless steel provides exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance to any door opening. Stainless steel offers the beauty of a 304, #4 finish or the utility of a 316, #4 finish. Stainless steel doors and frames will far outlast carbon or galvanized steel, offering many years of service. Trillium can now add fire labelling to these products. Trillium Steel Doors can now fabricate 3 hour and 1 1/2 hour fire labelled Stainless Steel Doors in sizes up to 4' 0" in width and 8'0" in height for single and double door openings. Trillium Steel Doors can manufacture these doors in 16 or 18 gauge in 304 or 316 stainless steel and 2B mill finish or the #4 brushed finish. Frames are available in 16 or 14 gauge with the finish to match the door with a minimum 3 1/2" Throat - 4 1/2" Jamb Depth in either masonry or drywall applications. Trillium Steel Doors can fabricate 1 1/2 hour transom frames up to 8' 0" in rebate width and 11' 0" in rebate height. Frames can be supplied in either 14 or 16 Gauge, 304 and 316 Stainless Steel, with a minimum 3 1/2" Throat - 4 1/2" Jamb Depth in either masonry or drywall applications.

Trillium Steel Doors can also fabricate 1 1/2 hour transom panels up to 8'0" in width and 3'0" in height. The transom panel design is available as either fixed or removable and as either flat bottomed with astragal or rabbeted without astragal. The removable panel design can incorporate a slide-on-type panel fixed in place with labelled flushbolts. Removal is only a matter of holding the panel in place while disengaging the flushbolts as you would with a pair of doors and sliding the panel off the rails. The panel can be restored by simply sliding the panel in place and sliding the flushbolts to their fixed position. This makes removing the panel very quick and convenient as no tools are required. Labelled surface bolts are an accepted alternative.
